| This service insures all the existing Computers, Printers, Switches, Hub’s, Cables, Network Ports, Operating System installations and application software’s. Hardware that cannot be repaired is replaced under this service. Custom Software can also be supported under this service provided suitable training is provided. There is no limit to the number of calls made in a year and full customer satisfaction is guaranteed. |

| This service insures and manages all Operating System (Windows XP/NT/2000/ME/98, Windows Server 2003) installations. It also covers application software installation and data recovery such as Outlook setup and mail retrieval procedures.
