Please use the “Request a Quote” form to give us information regarding the product. If we are unable to locate stock in our own inventory, we will be glad to find availability and source it for you from vendors across India.

What are the payment options available?

Currently we accept cash, cheque, bank wire transfer and credit cards (MasterCard & VISA only) as a mode of payment. We are in the process of integrating a payment gateway on our website so our clients can make online bank transfers and online credit card payments.

Does Fidus offer volume discounts for bulk purchases?

We offer substantial volume discounts for bulk purchases in addition to other incentives. Parties interested in becoming a sub-distributor or a reseller can contact our sales department (sales@fidus.in) and request for additional information for an affiliation.

What are the shipping options available?

Fidus offers free shipping on all products within Delhi NCR. For out of state orders we typically use a first grade courier service with 2-3 business day delivery all over India. We do not ship products internationally. 

How can I get support on my purchase?

All products supplied by fidus are backed by our solid support infrastructure. We offer free 1-Year replacement service on all computer and peripheral products supplied. What type of networks can fidus setup & manage?

We typically design and implement small to medium sized networks with up to 200 client systems. Our engineers will not only configure the server systems to fit your requirement perfectly but also provide training and on-site assistance when necessary.  We excel in configuring the following commonly used server roles: Domain Controller & Active Directory, File Server, Print Server, Mail Server, Web Server, VPN Routing & Remote access server.

What locations are covered by Fidus IT support services?

Fidus is currently offering IT Support services only within Delhi NCR. We are in the process of expanding our support infrastructure and affiliations to other parts of India.

Can fidus support us on custom third-party software?

Fidus can support custom third-party software’s provided formal authorization and training is provided. However, fidus will not take responsibility for the performance of the application in any form.

Does fidus provide non-technical placements as well?

Fidus only provides technical placements. There are different level of appointments based on the technical qualifications, technical skills and communication skills of the appointee.

What are the typical payment terms relating to the engineer placement program?

Typically, billing for the placed engineer is done on a quarterly basis in advance with a minimum of 30 day termination notice. We offer additional discounts for annual contracts with a minimum of 60 day termination notice.

If I am not satisfied with the appointed engineer, can I ask for replacement?

As per the standard terms & conditions pertaining to the engineer appointment, Fidus is liable to provide you with an equivalent or better appointee within 2 weeks of the replacement request. Providing a reason for the replacement is optional.

What if the appointed engineer is unable to accomplish a certain assigned task?

As per the standard terms & conditions pertaining to the engineer appointment, Fidus is liable to provide expert assistance in case the appointed engineer is unable to accomplish an assigned task. We assure you our in-house experts will be able to address any reasonable requirement that you or your organization might have. 

What if the appointed engineer requires time off or is on sick leave?

As per the standard terms & conditions pertaining to the engineer appointment, Fidus is liable to provide you an equivalent replacement engineer for the days that the appointed engineer is unable to be present at the support location.

Fidus currently develops in numerous technologies and platforms. Our primary expertise lies with advance flash applications, dynamic php web portals, advance database management strategies and web design.  

What is the turnaround time of a simple static website?

Typically static websites are completed within 3 days provided we have the entire content and design confirmation from the client.
