This particular service is recommended for organizations that require real-time IT support with installations, server management, network management, user account management, data back-ups and troubleshooting. |
| We currently offers three options that depend upon the Technical Qualification, Technical skills and Communication Skills of the engineer placed. Please review the three options described below: |
Tier 1 Placement – Basic Desktop and Printer Support
The engineer placed under this program can support an office of approx. 30 PC’s. The office requires basic Desktop PC, Laptop PC, Printer, Internet, Networking (Sharing) support. The engineer placed possesses the necessary technical skills and training to manage such a site.

Tier 2 Placement – Basic Server and Domain Support
The engineer placed under this program can support an office of approx. 50 PC’s. The office requires Storage Servers, Domain Management, User Accounts/Profiles, Controlled/Shared Printer Access, Remote Logins, VPN Connections and all Tier 1 Services. The engineer placed possesses the necessary technical qualifications, skills and training to manage such a site.

Tier 3 Placement – Premium Server and Domain Support
The engineer placed under this program can support an office of approx. 70 PC’s. The office requires guaranteed uptime on applications, Technical Integration with other office locations, Remote Management of servers and sensitive information, co-ordination with technical project managers and all Tier 2 Services. The engineer placed possesses the necessary technical qualifications, technical skills, communication skills and training to effectively manage such a site.

In addition to engineer placement, all the above mentioned services also include support from our in-house technical experts free of costs. We also provide backup engineers in case the appointed engineer requires additional expertise, sick leave or time off.
